2. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this website by consumers and, where stated, business customers. Different terms of a customer do not apply unless we agree to them in writing. Mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence remains unaffected.

3. Products and information

Product descriptions, images, dimensions, materials and compatibility details are provided with care. Images may differ slightly in colour from the real product. Check your device model and connector type before ordering.

4. Prices

• All prices are shown in the currency you select and include VAT.
• Prices are based in euro (EUR). Prices in USD, GBP and PLN are converted at fixed rates shown in the store and are charged in that currency as displayed at checkout.
• Shipping costs are shown before you place your order and added to the total.
• Promo codes are subject to their stated conditions (value, minimum order, validity) and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. How a contract is formed

The presentation of products on the website is not a binding offer. By clicking “Place Order”, you submit a binding offer to purchase the products in your bag at the total shown.

You will see an order confirmation page immediately. This confirms receipt of your order. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by email or by dispatching the goods. We may decline orders, for example if a product is unavailable or there is an obvious pricing error, in which case no payment will be due.

6. Payment

We currently do not take online payments. After you place your order we will send you payment instructions by email. Your order will be dispatched once payment has been received. If payment is not received in time, we may cancel the order.

7. Delivery

We deliver to the countries listed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates that start after payment has been received. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you. See Shipping & Delivery for details.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Full details, return condition guidance and the model withdrawal form are in our Refund Policy.

9. Retention of title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

10. Statutory warranty

You have the statutory rights for goods that are not in conformity with the contract. These rights are not affected by these terms or by your right of withdrawal.

11. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under mandatory product liability law. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. Use of the website

Your use of the website is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Content on this website, including text and images, is protected and may not be copied without permission.

13. Complaints and dispute resolution

Please contact us first at [email protected] — we aim to resolve every concern. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

14. Applicable law

The law of the seller’s country of establishment applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.
