The total price
You have the right to know the full price, including taxes and delivery costs, before you are bound by an order. Our prices include VAT, and shipping and any discount are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Delivery information
You should know delivery options, costs and estimated times before ordering, and goods must be delivered without undue delay. If no time is agreed, the trader generally has up to 30 days to deliver.
Withdrawal rights

Legal guarantee
