- Submitting false, offensive, threatening, discriminatory or unlawful content via the contact form or order notes.
- Attempting to manipulate prices, totals, promo codes, stock levels or order data.
- Trying to gain unauthorised access to our systems, databases or other users’ data, or probing for vulnerabilities without written permission.
- Using bots, scrapers or automated tools that place excessive load on the site or copy our content or catalogue in bulk.
- Introducing viruses, malware or any harmful code.
- Reselling products bought from us commercially without our written consent.
- Copying, reproducing or republishing our text, images or design without permission.
4. Promo codes
Promo codes are for personal use under their stated conditions. Codes obtained by abuse, automated guessing or in breach of their terms may be invalidated and the affected orders cancelled.
5. Security reports
If you discover a security issue, please report it responsibly to [email protected] and do not exploit or disclose it publicly before we have had the chance to fix it.
6. Consequences of misuse
We may cancel affected orders, block access to the website, delete abusive messages and, where required, inform the competent authorities. Statutory rights of consumers remain unaffected.
