- Standard Delivery — €4.90, estimated 3–6 business days
- Express Delivery — €9.90, estimated 1–3 business days
- Free Standard Delivery on product subtotals of €75 or more, before discounts. Express is always €9.90.
Estimates, not guarantees
Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and may vary, for example during peak periods, public holidays or carrier delays. Orders are dispatched after payment has been received (see Order & Payment Information).
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to the European countries listed in the checkout country menu. We cannot accept orders for delivery to other countries. Remote areas or islands may be subject to longer delivery times.
Prices and costs
Shipping costs are shown in your bag and at checkout before you place your order. All prices include VAT. Orders shipped outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom) may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country.
Carrier and tracking
Once your order has been dispatched we will email you tracking information where available.
Damaged or missing parcels
Please contact us at [email protected] if your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive. The risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you, or someone you designate, receive the goods.
