How ordering works
- Add products to your bag — no account is needed.
- At checkout, enter your contact details and shipping address, then choose a delivery method.
- Review your products, delivery cost, any discount and the VAT-inclusive total.
- Accept the Terms of Service and select “Place Order”.
Order confirmation
After placing your order you will see a confirmation page with your order number. We send a confirmation email when our email service is active. A contract is concluded when we accept your order as described in our Terms of Service.
Payment
No online payment is processed on this website at present. Orders are placed with offline / manual payment: after receiving your order, we contact you by email with payment instructions. Your order is dispatched once payment has been received.
If payment is not received, we may cancel the order and release the reserved stock.
Prices and currency
Prices are set in euros (EUR) and include VAT. If you choose USD, GBP or PLN, prices are converted using fixed store exchange rates and your order is recorded in the currency you selected.
Promo codes
Valid promo codes are applied at checkout. Codes may have a minimum order value or expiry date, and a discount never reduces an order below zero.
Stock
Stock is reserved when your order is placed. If a product sells out before you order, we let you know at checkout.
